Because each SELAÉ product is handcrafted in small batches with care and cleanliness, all sales are final. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at our contact page, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

We currently ship across Canada using UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Toronto Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for $9.99 to eligible Toronto postal codes.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on eligible Toronto orders over $75. Please select Toronto Standard at checkout to receive this offer.

Complimentary Shipping- Eligible Regions

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $100 or more to select Canadian delivery areas.

Currently available for eligible Mississauga postal codes beginning with L5B.

For all other Canadian destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping applies only to designated shipping methods and eligible delivery addresses.
